Given how mobile phones can be disposable, etc., and there is no time to activate "the card in time, then you will not probably find it anywhere as an option.
You can buy a ticket on eBay, but the best thing is to go into a store and a time-card, or apply to buy before the deadline. You can (including money in a credit card available which can be purchased at retail) and you pay for playing Blizzard time in the workshop that the prepaid card.

I do not think anywhere gametime accepts payments via SMS. I sugguest with a credit card or purchase in a store.
